| Are you looking for a very loyal lap companion? Rosie may be just the dog for you. Although very timid and shy, she will warm up to her “person” and will want to be a frequent flyer to your lap or chair. Rosie is a young girl. She is approximately one and one-half years old. She was found neglected and abandoned with 4 other dogs, so of course she has some initial trust issues. Her foster reports that she spends most of her time on her lap, seeking that reassurance and comfort she missed out on in her previous life. Rosie has come a long way, and still has a ways to go, but she is as loving as she can be once she feels safe. This lovely dog is house broken, crate trained, up to date on all vaccines, heartworm negative and on monthly HW and flea and tick prevention, spayed, and microchipped. She gets along with other dogs her size. She has frequent outbursts of the zoomies!! She prefers the comfort of a person. Her ideal home would be on the quiet side with a fenced yard and a playmate. Young children may be too energetic for her comfort level. Rosie is a work in progress, and like all neglected and abandoned dogs she just needs time and space. will be available for adoption within the next few weeks to the right home.
