Roscoe had the misfortune of ending up in doggy jail for the crime of being an unclaimed stray dog. He spent 27 days in there alone before going in to a foster home. Initially he was very, very energetic due to his long confinement without socialization or exercise. After going to the foster home, he made himself at home and joined the family in watching TV. 

Little is known of this good boy's past, so his basic characteristics and his personality will reveal itself over time. One thing is already known; he loves people and attention.
